Hailing from Louisiana and now rooted in Texas, my passion for health was ignited during my personal experiences as a patient in the healthcare system. I believe that each of us deserves to feel seen and heard, and that’s exactly the kind of care I strive to provide.

With over 14 years of nursing experience and a wealth of knowledge, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Louisiana at Monroe and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and became board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills in managing chronic diseases, tackling obesity, and addressing hormone imbalances. I strongly believe in a holistic approach that considers the whole person—mind, body, spirit, and emotions—rather than focusing solely on specific symptoms or diseases. I believe that all aspects of a person’s life are interconnected and can influence their overall health and well-being.
